Each order is handmade, packed, and shipped with care by our studio team.
Please allow 2–3 business days for preparation, plus shipping time depending on your selected method.
During high-volume periods, preparation may take up to 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships — please check your inbox and spam folder.
If any information is missing, our team will contact you directly.
What if I received the wrong item?
We’re so sorry if there’s been a mix-up!
Please email info.pannpann@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the incorrect item(s)
Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange or refund process right away.
Can I request delivery by a specific date?
If you need your order by a particular date, please email us before purchasing to confirm if it’s possible.
We’ll do our best to help, but delivery times depend on customs and courier schedules, which are outside our control.
Does PANNPANN ship internationally?
