As a small, independent brand, PANNPANN deeply appreciates your support.
Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the next business day; weekend orders are shipped on Monday.
All orders ship from China (UTC/GMT +08:00) with tracking numbers provided by email.

PANNPANN offers worldwide shipping with tracking numbers and 2 rates of shipping cost.
Standard service $35: 7-14 Business days
Express service $90: 5-7 Business days
Free Shipping $0: Over $400
Pre-Order Items
For pre-order products, please refer to the delivery window stated in the product description.

International Orders
- Europe (including UK): Express shipping requires an EORI/VAT number. Without it, your order will default to standard shipping.
- Brazil: Please include your CNPJ/CPF number at checkout as required by Brazilian customs.
- Other regions: Ensure your address, phone number, and email are correct to avoid delays.
Incorrect or Missing Address
Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may be delayed or returned to sender.
If your parcel is returned due to address issues:
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and
- Additional charges apply for reshipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked “Delivered” by the courier, PANNPANN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels.
If tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, no refund will be issued.
If you suspect misdelivery, please contact your local courier and email us — we’ll assist where possible.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless confirmed by email or DM before purchase.
Please reach out prior to ordering if you have a deadline.
Delays caused by customs or local couriers are beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for all local duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.
- Check your email for courier notifications; duties or signatures may be required upon delivery.
- Unpaid or unclaimed packages will not be refunded.
Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Opt in to SMS tracking updates from your confirmation email for real-time updates.
Delivery Instructions
Special requests (e.g., “leave at front desk”) can be added in the Order Notes at checkout.
Time-specific delivery requests cannot be guaranteed.
