GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

 

When will my order be processed?

PANN ships from New York, NY.  All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via USPS or FedEx within 2-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. All international orders will be shipped via SHUNFENG express within 5-7 business days, pending payments authorization and verification. Pann delivers worldwide. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? (USA)

Orders placed on Monday - Thursday before 3 PM PST (excluding holidays) will be processed in 3-5 business days upon purchase date. 

Orders placed Friday - Sunday (excluding major holidays) will be processed on the following Monday. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. Orders will be shipped via USPS express.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ( EXCEPT CHINA ) 

International orders will be shipped via SHUNFENG express shipping unless notified otherwise. SHUNFENG typically takes 5 business days to arrive, international shipping costs vary with shipping location. 

PRE ORDER

For items listed as pre-order, please expect delivery within the delivery date window stated on the product description. For more information please inquire at info@pannpann.com 

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [“ Import Fees”]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and responsible for all import fees. If you refuse a shipment from Pann, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Pann. 

 

* Pann is not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx. Upon shipment, you will receive a notification email to inform you that your order is on the way along with tracking information.

 

If you do not receive a tracking number with your email confirmation, please contact Customer Care at

  • Opt in to live tracking information via text message from your shipping confirmation email.
  • Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.
